How it leaves the line
Counts, film and lid are set per SKU. The same sheet can ship in four formats.
Flow pack
Flat or gusseted, resealable label or rigid flip lid, printed to your artwork.
Canister
Centre-pull roll in a tub; the format for grooming salons and clinics.
Box & tub
Stacked sheets in a carton for household and industrial channels.
Sachet
Single or multi-sheet pocket pack for travel, amenity and sampling.

How an order runs
Nothing goes to mass production before the sample and the printed proof are signed off.

What this line does not do
Disinfecting, antibacterial and medical wipes are outside the scope of this line. Those products carry efficacy claims that need registrations this line does not hold.
- No “kills 99.9%”, no antibacterial or sanitising wording.
- No sterile or medical-device products.
- No pesticide-classified formulations.

Before you ask
What is the minimum order?
Quoted per SKU and pack format. We do not publish a fixed figure while the range is being finalised — it is stated in the quotation, after the sample.
How long does a sample take?
Samples are produced against your specification. Timing depends on the substrate and the pack, and is confirmed with the sample plan before we start.
Can you match a wipe I already sell?
Yes. Send a sample and the pack you want to match; we confirm substrate, basis weight, sheet size, fold and liquid load before quoting.
Do you supply the liquid, or do I?
Either. An unscented base, a fragrance you name, or your own formulation with the documentation it needs.
Are you certified?
Certifications and test reports are published here once confirmed. Ask for the current status before you plan a launch date — we will tell you what is held and what is not.
Can you make antibacterial or disinfecting wipes?
No. This line is cosmetic and general-cleaning only. Disinfecting and antibacterial products need registrations we do not hold.
