Woodworking machinery

Six equipment categories for panel furniture production — cutting, edge banding, sizing, drilling, shaping and finishing. Every machine is configured against the material and output you actually run.

CNC nesting centers
01

CNC nesting centers

Panel cutting, grooving and vertical drilling in a single program. Configurations run from a single head to twin-station automatic load and unload.

  • Single, two, three and four-spindle heads
  • Automatic tool change with a 5+4 drill block
  • Dual-station and automatic load/unload variants

Edge banding machines
02

Edge banding machines

Straight-line edge banding for particleboard, MDF, plywood and solid timber, from semi-automatic units to full lines.

  • Semi-automatic and fully automatic
  • PVC, melamine, veneer and solid timber strips
  • Matched to the output of the nesting center ahead of it

Precision panel saws
03

Precision panel saws

Sizing of sheets up to 3,100 mm with a scoring blade, for shops that cut boards before or alongside nesting.

  • Manual or electric rise-and-fall
  • Manual or electric tilt
  • Digital readout on the higher specification

Drilling & side boring
04

Drilling & side boring

Horizontal and side-hole drilling with PLC control, sized to keep up with two or three nesting centers.

  • Side-boring and hinge-drilling machines
  • PLC touch-screen operation
  • No CAM software link required

CNC routers & machining centers
05

CNC routers & machining centers

Shaping, carving and relief work, with carousel or inline automatic tool change where the job list is long.

  • Single, double and four-head carving
  • Carousel automatic tool change
  • Relief machines for doors and panels

How we work

From parts list to machine configuration

The machine is the last decision, not the first.

  1. 01
    Material and process

Panel type, thickness and the operations that need finishing — cut, groove, drill, band, shape.

  2. 02
    Output per shift

Sheets or parts per shift, and how many machines one operator is expected to run.

  3. 03
    Space and power

Floor area, loading direction, three-phase supply and dust extraction.

  4. 04
    Configuration

Work area, spindle count, tool change, loading and control, fixed against the parts list.

Model lists

Model lists and specifications are sent with the quotation.

Publishing thirty-four model numbers on a website helps nobody choose. Tell us the panel and the operation and we will send the two or three configurations that fit, with their full specification sheets.
